Rishab's Testing Resources 📝
Hello everyone -- my name is Rishab Jain and I took the ACT in the 2022-2023 school year, getting a 36/36 score. I want to share my strategies for getting this score.
If you haven't already, watch my video on 15 tips for the ACT.
When preparing for the ACT, I initially tried out Kaplan, Princeton Review, Barron's, and some other test prep books. However, after doing some research, I realized that their questions are low-quality and unauthentic. Often times, they purposely make the questions more difficult/easy to increase or decrease your confidence.
That's when I realized you have to stick to the real deal: real ACT practice tests. A bunch of my friends have spent thousands on testing centers — and the MOST helpful thing they've reported is the fact that they force you to take a practice test weekly. So, just take it on your own! Watch the video below for more info about what this package is all about:
I have coordinated with ACT's legal team and they have told me that: "You may provide a link that sends users directly to ACT... to access the... content made available."
In this package, you will be given links to official ACT tests directly on the ACT website. This should be enough to get you acquainted for timing and strategy. You will be able to learn which sections to focus on, and feel more confident during the test.
In my prep, I ended up just taking several ACT practice tests. This helped me secure a solid 36 score. I wish this type of package would have existed before I was taking my test.
Sincerely,
Rishab Jain
